3. Return Requirements:

Proof of Purchase and the returned item must be in its original packaging and should not show signs of wear, damage, or modification from when it was bought.

4. Excluded Items:

Red tag items, final clearance items, clothing items, household consumables (such as cleaner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.), health and beauty products (such as shampoo, cosmetics, supplements, diapers, etc.) are excluded from the 7 day return policy.

5. Extraordinary Conditions:

In rare cases, we may need to refuse a return under extraordinary conditions, which may include, but are not limited to:

Evidence of misuse, damage, or tampering with the item.
Items returned after the 7-day return window.
Items not in compliance with the return requirements listed in section 3.
Situations where the return could compromise the health and safety of our team members.

6. Refund or Exchange:

Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 1 business day from the date the returned item is received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How to price match?

When shopping in our stores, just provide us with a tangible and satisfactory proof of the lower price you have found. If you found the price online, please present the complete URL (web address) of the product page or the webpage on your mobile device from a qualifying Competitor’s website.

Exceptions to the Price Match Offer

Our Price Match Offer does not apply to the following:

Household consumables (Cleaner, toilet paper, detergent etc.); Health and Beauty products (Shampoo, cosmetics, supplements, diapers etc.) ; Grocery items
Competitor’s close-out prices; errors in prices or misprints; discontinued, used, refurbished or damaged products prices; clearance and liquidation offers;
